Hunter
Difficulty: Medium
The Hunter tracks game in the countryside around the village and brings back meat and hides. He feeds the Chef, tans his own leather and makes leather armor for the village.
- Deer, boars, cows and horses fight back when struck; hens, rabbits and does run away.
- From your inventory, make arrows with sticks and pebbles, a new bow with sticks and fibers, and leather armor from the hides you tan.
- You cannot make sticks or pebbles yourself: get them from the Lumberjack and the Miner, or gather branches. Fibers come from the grass.
- Raw meat barely feeds anyone: bring it to the Chef, who turns it into real meals.
Lore
Born with the woods in his blood, the Hunter reads tracks the way others read books. Every broken twig tells him where the game went. Patient and precise, he ventures where others would rather not, and comes back with what the whole village eats and wears.
